All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take an additional 1–2 business days.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days after dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch (additional fees apply).
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as delays may occur due to customs, weather, logistics, or local postal services.
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on:
- Order weight/size
- Shipping destination
- Selected shipping method
Free shipping may be offered for orders over a certain amount, subject to our ongoing promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You may use this number to track your package on the official logistics website.
5. Shipping Restrictions
We currently ship to most countries and regions. We do not ship to:
- PO boxes
- APO/FPO addresses
- Regions with strict import restrictions or unstable logistics
If your address is unsupported, we will contact you to adjust or cancel your order.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your package is lost in transit, please contact customer service with your order number. We will investigate and reship or refund accordingly.
- If your package arrives damaged, please keep the original packaging and photos of the damage, and contact us within 7 days of delivery.
7. Customs Duties & Taxes
Any import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance.
8. Changes or Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations only before your order is shipped. Once dispatched, we cannot modify the shipping address, items, or cancel the order.
